Dubai: The Omani Ministry of Education has announced it is planning to Omanise the teaching profession and replace expat teachers with Omanis. Making the announcement on its social media platforms, the Ministry of Education said it held a joint meeting with the Ministry of Labour last Thursday to discuss the ongoing efforts being made to Omanise the teaching professions as well as ways to prepare Omani cadres to replace expat teachers.
