MERCER COUNTY, NJ   Voters throughout Mercer County will be able to cast their ballot safely for the upcoming June 8 Primary Election through one of the 15 secured drop boxes that will be placed across the county, Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami Covello has announced.
These boxes are under 24-7 camera surveillance with a double-key security feature to secure the ballots. Ballots are picked up daily under the supervision of law enforcement and not unlocked until they arrive at the County Clerk s office. When the inner metal box is removed from the drop box, the top is locked and cannot be reopened without a second key.    ....
