The accident occurred at 6:30 a.m. October 16, 2021 on U.S. 60/63 in Willow Springs. A 2022 Toyota 4Runner driven by Randy Roberts, 53 of West Plains, was driving the wrong way in the eastbound lane of US 60/63 and struck an eastbound 2020 Jeep Wrangler driven by Alyssa Fulmer, 19 of Plato, MO, who had three passengers in the vehicle.
