Opus One Welcomes New Director of Hospitality Posted on December 15, 2020 Oakville, CA, Opus One Winery CEO, Christopher Lynch, and Vice President of Communications and Guest Relations, Christopher Barefoot, announce the appointment of Hillary McGonigle as Director of Hospitality. Ms. McGonigle will be responsible for leading the Guest Relations, Culinary and Events teams, which includes delivery of consumer tasting experiences, winery visits, and private events. Having most recently served as the Director of Hospitality then Senior Events Manager at Far Niente, Hillary managed over thirty employees, including the culinary team, and worked to expand the winery’s visitor offerings as visitation became more available to the public. Prior to coming to wine country, Hillary worked with the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, as an Associate Director of Catering.
