I think this guy underestimated how GOOD people can actually be. There's a 19-year-old guy named Vincent Oggero in College Station, Texas. And a few months ago, he was at a restaurant and wrote "I NEED HELP I got kidnapped" on his receipt. And . . . the restaurant actually called the cops to report it.
