Fuel Assistance levels increase COURTESY OF SOUTH SHORE COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL Jack Cocio, CEO of South Shore Community Action Council, Inc., announced that the heating season benefit levels for Fuel Assistance have been increased effective immediately. New applicants can now pre-apply online at http://sscac.org in the Fuel Assistance portal including uploading required documents directly into the portal.
