Woman struck by car on South Coast Highway dies of injuries, fellow pedestrian arrested

Laguna Beach police say the 25-year-old Riverside woman appeared to be engaged in a domestic dispute in the middle of the highway just before she was hit by a vehicle at 11 p.m. Saturday.
