People and that responsibility. it's a very high level of dignity, responsibility and just nobility almost in a lot of areas it's viewed that way. but these people have identified this. they do self-report. i don't want to give the impression that there's thousands of pilots doing this. for the most part they are reporting. however we do need to change this. we do need to get more information about it. and quit putting the onus directly on the airlines because this is a regulatory issue. it's something that the airlines are satisfying their need their responsibility in a a regulatory realm. it...
