The University at Albany is partnering with Excelencia in Education for the release of its new report on “25 Years of Hispanic Serving Institutions.” The analysis, which was briefed at UAlbany Thursday, aims to inform lawmakers and school administrators how best to serve Latino/Latina students in higher education.
