ROSWELL, Ga. — City of Roswell department heads presented members of the City Council with their spending plans for the upcoming fiscal year April 28. ROSWELL, Ga. — Police responded to reports April 12 of a hostile woman ripping down business signs and acting erratically during a hit and run along Holcomb Bridge Road. Police said the Buford woman struck chains and poles in the parking lot of the Roswell Town Center shopping plaza and sped away in a Kia Sorento. Police noted the car was involved in an incident earlier in the day where the suspect pulled into a driveway along Saddle Creek and claimed that she owned the home. Jose Roni Colindres-Florez, 35, address unknown, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Police said Colindres-Florez was known to guests at the party as someone who could become adversarial after drinking. When he showed up to the March 27 gathering, apparently after having been drinking, the host wouldn’t let him in and asked him to leave.  Colindres-Florez responded by hitting the victim in the head and neck with a glass beer bottle, police said.
