HOLGATE TEACHERS AND SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE NEW CONTRACT
May 25, 2021 A new collective bargaining agreement was approved between teachers and the Holgate School Board of Education Monday night. The three-year pact will give teachers a 3% increase in base salary the first year, followed by increases of 2.15% in year-2, and a 2% hike in the third year. Insurance premium contributions for teachers will remain the same. And each employee will receive a stipend in June for the additional work required during the Covid pandemic.
