CAMP OSCAR FLORENDO, La Union – Three high value targets were arrested by police in separate drug bust operations in Pangasinan and Ilocos Sur on Tuesday (Dec. 22, 2020). 
In Pangasinan, two high value individuals (HVIs) were arrested while some Php. 340,000.00 worth of illegal drugs were seized in a drug buy-bust operation. 
The operations were conducted in Barangay San Miguel, Calasiao, Pangasinan by members of PDEA RO1 – Pangasinan Provincial Office, Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 1 (RPDEU1), Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU), and Calasiao Police Station. 
Police Regional Office 1 Regional Director Police Brigadier General Rodolfo Azurin, Jr. identified these suspects as Mark Joseph U. Abot, 32, married and a resident of Europa Legarda, Baguio City; and Salvador P. Estaris, 38, married and a resident of Brgy. Palguyod, Pozzorubio, Pangasinan. Both were arrested at San Miguel, Calasiao, Pangasinan. ....
