L lin. just wiped a clean swathe wherever it traveled and that went right through the heart of joplin, missouri. i heard about it last night around 6:40 in the evening local time. it went through about 5:30, they had about 20 minutes warning and this was the radar. you can see the magenta, that's the hook echo, the twisting of the storm p about and whe the storm. the white is the debris ball. the storm was so powerful, it took the roof, trees, threw it up in the air. there are reports of stuff falling 60 to 70 miles away, x-rays from the hospital. and severe weather reports were right through ...
