Retired Kenosha County Sheriffs Department captain Clarence Mielke is now on the other side of the law charged with 4 counts of Sexual Assault. Hes accused of sexually assaulting a resident at his place of employment carey manor. Prosecutors say the victim suffers from a mental deficiency that doesnt allow her to give consent. A former care taker at the facility who wishes not to be identified says these charges are not shocking to her. Actually when i worked there i made several complaints to the state and two Police Reports about things i saw and witnessed. She says she worked at carey manor in 2010. She claims she only suspected mistreatment of residents in her take advantage of elderly people even those mentally ill is just something that really irks me. A recent inspection report obtained by fox6 shows another resident was reported as a possible victim of Sexual Assault in october. The report also says for two years the owner of the facility knew of the Sexual Assault allegations
