National copper production reached 240,097 fine metric tons (FMT) in October 2023, a 1.9% rise over the same month of the previous year (235,725 FMT) thanks to the good productive performance by Antapaccay Mining Company, Hudbay Peru, and Southern Peru Copper Corporation.
