RACQ CQ Rescue is on its way to a private property south of Mackay where a man in his mid 60s is understood to be suffering multiple serious injuries.

The girl is believed to have fallen from the horse while riding it just off Racecourse Rd and sustained a suspected back injury. Premium Content Subscriber only A woman has been airlifted from a cattle property between Mackay and Rockhampton after suffering injuries in a horse fall. About 12.15pm, RACQ CQ Rescue was tasked to a large cattle property near Lotus Creek, west of St Lawrence, to airlift a woman who fell from the back of a moving horse. She reportedly suffered a broken collarbone. RACQ CQ Rescue flew the woman to Mackay Base Hospital for further treatment, arriving at 2pm. horse fall

Premium Content Subscriber only A woman was flown to hospital on Thursday afternoon after falling from a horse on a property west of Springsure. Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics stabilised the woman, who was in her early 20s, before transporting her to the Springsure airfield. RACQ Capricorn Rescue was tasked to meet QAS at the airstrip, leaving Rockhampton at 1.45pm. The woman suffered suspected head and spinal injuries. She was stabilised for the flight by the on-board flight doctor and Critical Care paramedic and flown to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition. horse fall
