Ako Bicol Party-list Representative Raul Angelo Bongalon on Feb. 1 filed House Bill 7035, or an Act amending Republic Act No. 7662, otherwise known as the Legal Education Reform Act of 1993, that seeks to establish the said program by appropriating funds and for other purposes. In a statement, he said the party list knows the importance of providing free, fast, appropriate and adequate legal services for Filipino citizens.
