Medway Council cancels Rochester Sweeps Festival and English Festival | Updated: 14:30, 19 February 2021 Two Spring highlights of the Medway calendar have been cancelled again due to the ongoing pandemic. Medway Council has announced April's English Festival and the Rochester Sweeps Festival held usually in May will not go ahead, with social distancing restriction still anticipated while the rollout of the vaccine continues.
