I have worked in banking since 2013, joining NSB in 2016 as a Community Banker in the branches, where I performed transactions, account opening, and loan underwriting for over 4 years. In 2020 I was given the opportunity to become the HR Training & Development Coordinator, which allows me to prepare and help grow the next generation of bankers.
