The Nifty50 continues to trade at 19.8 times its 1-year forward P/E based on the consensus earnings. On a 10-year basis, the index is still trading 10% above its 10-year mean valuation, says HSBC Mutual Fund
They included the Government of Singapore, ADIA, Government Pension Fund Global, Polar Capital Funds, HSBC MF, WF Asian Reconnaissance Fund, Amundi, Prudential Assurance Co and Pinebridge Global and domestic mutual funds.
The fund will have minimum weightage to large, mid and small caps (minimum of 25% in each) and flexible allocation of balance up to 25% to equity or debt securities and money market instruments
