Kwietd quite a few people still serving, their commanders have, after this gallagher decision, the pardon too, reinforce concepts, such as the law-of-land war fare too, make sure people in uniform understand their obligations under uniform code of military justice too, recognize when they're in combat, their job is to kill or capture the enemy. but once the enemy comes under their control, they have an obligation to treat that person hu humanely, especially since they're of intelligence value. the president's view of this is very much different, markedly different from those in uniform. >> fin...
