PORT HUENEME, Calif. - A Port Hueneme man faces possible murder charges and attempted murder charges after his the car he was driving struck several bicyclists, leaving one teen dead. Port Hueneme police received multiple calls Monday night at 9:27 p.m. for reports of a traffic collision that occurred near the intersection of North Ventura Road and East Pleasant Valley Road. The calls indicated that a vehicle had struck several bicyclists near the intersection and the driver had fled the scene. “The group was about seven bicyclists all riding together and of those seven bicyclists, three of them were struck in the street,” said said Scott Matalon, Public Information Officer at the Hueneme Police Department. ....
