The Portage Animal Protective League’s Humane Investigations Department found 146 deceased dogs at a home in Mantua, Ohio.
Authorities said they had been tipped off about the behavior of Canine Lifeline cofounder Barbara Wible after she was found collapsed in her home during a welfare check.
