This is oaklands 56th homicide of 2013. San jose is investigating the 30th homicide. Police spent the day looking for clues to find a womans killer. The victim was apparently beaten to death. A santa rosa man is in custody after telling police he killed his wife. 65yearold called police around noon and when officers arrived they found his wife lying on the living room floor. In San Franciscos Bay View District a man and woman were shot and no word on their condition and gunman is still at large. We were over the scene just after 4 00 this afternoon. Also in San Francisco, a family went to court demanding justice for a man that killed their loved ones at a Jewelry Store in San Francisco.
