Feb 21, 2021 MESA, Ariz. — Sandra L. Carr, 74, passed away Sunday evening, Feb. 14, 2021, at Mountain Vista Medical Center. Sandy was born Aug. 28, 1946, to Jacob and Bertha Thomas in Lowellville and was a lifelong Youngstown resident. As one of four siblings, she is survived by her two sisters, Elizabeth Bozic (Matt) and Shirley Ciccone, and a baby brother, Jacob “Jack” Thomas (Cathy). She was married to Gerald Joseph Carr, her one and only lifelong love, who preceded her in death in 1996.
