Monday May 24 th has been designated as the sunset day for the City of Huron Covid 19 resolution that recommends masks with government controlled buildings and other businesses requiring them, limits businesses to occupancy with other guidelines for public health. May 13, 2021 Huron, S.D. – South Dakota State Fair is making changes to the open class beef show at the 2021 State Fair.Due to the fire that destroyed the Open Class Beef Complex and the transition to the DEX: Dakota Events CompleX, the 2021 open class beef show is being held Tuesday, August 31 and Wednesday, September 1 in the 4-H Livestock Complex. May 12, 2021 The third day in a series looking at Covid 19 vaccination numbers.  The CDC is recommending completed vaccinations of 75 to 85 percent for “herd immunity”.  Dr Joe Carr with Carr Chiropractic Clinic and medical representative on the Beadle County Covid 19 task force looks at another reason some may think they do not need to consider the series.  People who have a strong immune system might believe they are better able to fight off the virus.
