Shepherd because we spoke to you last only about maybe a hundred yards to my left is the bay out there. we talked about the phenomenon where the storm is swirling counterclockwise so we're getting hit now from the east that will eventually come from the west but where the water gets sucked out it gets sucked out of the bay and it will come back. i had a chance to take my phone out there and get a couple photos i e-mailed to your staff. take a look. this is the bay outside of key largo. the water is gone. you can look out for maybe a quarter mile and the water is just not there. its been sucked...
