There might be people there like myself, remnants of a hurricane thought i better grab the umbrella on the way out the door. weren't expecting this kind of historic rainfall. this damage at this gas station, it looks like a hurricane hit it. looks like wind damage. but it is not. the wind wasn't that bad. that's water. it fell so fast, so hard that it brought the roof down on this gas station. you'll see just underneath that roof is a car. thankfully the driver of the car was inside when the roof came slamming down. we now know from nypd that eight people lost their lives related to this storm...
