Works. i was down in hus touston last and amazed how many people. seeing people helping people. neighbors helping neighbors. is that essentially what this comes down to. trying to facilitate a boat to rescuing someone from their house. >> the uber of rescue. they can say i need help and in the app they are directly connected to somebody to give the help. it's a regular civilian with a boat. or a big truck. that is able to help. >> this is not taking away from 911 and official rescue capacity. this is layering on to the existing sort of rescue infrastructure. >> absolutely. this is enhance 911....
