Officers armed with a search warrant swarmed the Grove Street residence of Tychim Haynes around 6:15 a.m. on April 2, according to the criminal complaint and police. The suspect, who was inside a bedroom, was arrested after officers confiscated 25 plastic zipper bags containing crack cocaine, the complaint alleges. The residue of the drug was detected on two cut straws, police said. ....
