Ian ( pictured) passed away on Monday 22 February. Having made a full recovery from lung cancer two and a half years ago, he was diagnosed with liver and bone cancer last December.  “Ian was upbeat and positive, whilst trying to support those around him, but sadly the cancer progressed quickly,” said OWC. He was a well-respected figure in the offshore renewables industry. He had nearly 40 years’ experience in the offshore wind, oil and gas, marine and subsea cable industries.
