Iea: Al Ghais was referring to a note published by the West's energy watchdog on Thursday that said the fossil fuel industry was facing a "moment of truth" where producers had to choose between deepening the climate crisis or shifting to clean energy.

SINGAPORE: Oil prices slipped on Monday, with Brent falling toward $80 a barrel, as investors awaited the OPEC+ meeting later this week for an agreement to curb supplies into 2024.
Brent crude futures were down 35 cents at $80.23 a barrel by 1447 GMT, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures lost 29 cents to $75.25
