Rose sentenced 30-year-old Ismael Salazar Montes, of Nogales Sonora, Mexico, to 160 months in prison for Illegal Reentry, Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances, and Illegal Alien in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.
