Some Sanford Health Bismarck staff members on Monday received what hospital President Michael LeBeau called âthe beacon of hope." Employees received some of the first doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in the state, nine months after the coronavirus pandemic took hold in North Dakota. âTodayâs the day we go on offense,â LeBeau said.
