Seiminlun Gangte of Phaikholum J Muntha village, Churachandpur is the prime accused in the June 21 bomb blast at Kwakta bridge in Bishnupur district, Manipur. Three teenagers were injured when an SUV exploded around 7 pm in Kwakta. A part of the bridge where the vehicle was parked was also severely damaged in the explosion.
