Background: Mercy Corps DRC is completing a FCDO funded 5-year multi sectoral program in eastern DRC. A major component of this program is the rehabilitation and expansion of the urban water system of cities of Goma and Bukavu. Currently Mercy Corps is in the completion phase of this work.
