South Korea's exports have continued to decline this month, fuelling concerns about the economic outlook ahead of the Bank of Korea's interest rate decision this week.
As of Friday February 17, the SMM Imported Copper Concentrate Index (weekly) stood at $78.23/mt, $1.15/mt lower than February 10.
According to SMM statistics, China imported 237,100 mt of stainless steel in December 2022, a month-on-month decrease of 18.8% and a year-on-year decline of 12.4%.
SMM statistics show that China exported 470,300 mt of stainless steel in December, a month-on-month decrease of 1.81% and down by 12% on a yearly basis.
According to the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs, the exports of Chinese SiMn alloy in December 2022 stood at 1,000 mt.
