TIA to offer retail store leadership training course 5 times in 2021 Print BOWIE, Md. — The Tire Industry Association (TIA) plans to continue the virtual Retail Tire Store Leadership training course it launched last October with five courses during 2021. TIA will offer the course, which it conducts in partnership with Mohr Retail Inc., a Ridgewood, N.J.-based training company, in March, May, July, September and November.
