Fishermen and others volunteering to help lay out containment booms and otherwise help in its clean-up. in consideration of my response activity, i hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify b.p. from all claims and damages that i and or my representatives in regards to the spill response activities. the volunteer, the fishermen who were going to try to help clean up the mess, they were going to to make it they couldn't sue them if they got injuried. once it came out, b.p. said it was a misstep and they've retracted the waivers. this is making people very suspicious and very mad at b.p. gary ...
