Proceeds from the round will be exclusively allocated to new investments, the company said Thursday. FM Capital has already made seven investments from the oversubscribed fund, including autonomous vehicle startup Gatik, cloud-based automotive retail platform Tekion and e-commerce startup Revolution Parts.
