Your Excellency,
I am deeply saddened to learn about the tragic accident of the KRI Nanggala 402, Indonesian Navy Submarine sank into the Sea in the northern part of Bali Island on 21 April 2021, causing the death of all 53 crew members.
On behalf of the Government and people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I would like to express my deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to Your Excellency and through Your Excellency to the Government and people of the Republic Indonesia, particularly to the family of the victims.
