Quite a strong session. as you said, we saw the tech-heavy nasdaq rally into the close, ending nearly 2% higher, and the s&p 500 lost about 1.4% worth of gains, every sector having a positive run yesterday. and the dow jones gained about 350 points. tech was the real outperformer. energy was the laggard. but still, even those underperformers gained yesterday. and in terms of what drove markets higher, we got pretty strong data from a number of different companies, foreign looking industry managers, indices came in better than expected, so some relief perhaps that the global economy is in bette...
