Ukrainian grain exports in 2023/2024 MY almost reached 40 mln tonnes

According to the State Customs Service, as of April 24, Ukraine exported 39.914 mln tonnes of grains and pulses since the beginning of 2023/24 MY, including 4.863 mln tonnes shipped in April, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine reported.

Court takes Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine into custody

Ukrainian grain exports exceeded 5 mln tonnes in April

According to the State Customs Service, as of April 26, Ukraine exported 40.289 mln tonnes of grains and pulses since the beginning of 2023/24 MY, of which 5.238 mln tonnes were shipped this month, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine reported.It is noted that as of the same date last year, the total shipments amounted to 41.149 mln tonnes, including 3.173 mln tonnes in April.In total, since the beginning of the current season, the following has been exported:- Wheat - 15.404 mln tonnes (in April - 1.562 mln tonnes)- Barley - 2.178 mln tonnes (207 thsd tonnes);- Rye - 1.2 thsd tonnes (0.2 thsd tonnes);- Corn - 22.231 mln tonnes (3.461 mln tonnes).The total export of Ukrainian flour as of April 26 is also lower than last year's figure (126.3 thsd tonnes) and is estimated at 85.7 thsd tonnes (6.5 thsd tonnes in April), including wheat flour - 81 thsd tonnes (5.9 thsd tonnes).
