<p><span>ASIC has today released a range of documents to support the licensing and other requirements for&nbsp;</span><a data-anchor="#" title="Corporate Collective Investment Vehicles" href="https://asic.gov.au/regulatory-resources/managed-funds/corporate-collective-investment-vehicles/">corporate collective investment vehicles</a><span>&nbsp;(CCIVs). The requirements come into effect on 1 July 2022, when the CCIVs regime commences.&nbsp;</span></p>
