Kolkata-based infrastructure firm GPT Infraprojects has secured a contract worth Rs 739 crore ($99 million) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The contract is for the construction of a four-lane bypass in Uttar Pradesh. This is the largest single order in the company's history, and its outstanding order book now stands at approximately Rs 2,838 crore ($381 million).
