HCC share price: The company, in a BSE filing, said it will sell its Swiss construction unit to a French firm for Rs 928 crore. "Steinier AG, Switzerland, a material subsidiary of HCC, has entered into a share purchase agreement with Demathieu Bard for divestment of its entire equity interest in Steiner Construction SA, Switzerland, for Rs 928 crore," it stated.
HCC in a statement said the group is to receive a total of Rs 941 crore which includes upfront amount of Rs 677 crore and Rs 264 crore payable by the third quarter of 2023-24 in two tranches, contingent on traffic projections.
HCC share price: The counter's 14-day relative strength index (RSI) came at 42.57. A level below 30 is defined as oversold while a value above 70 is considered overbought. The company's stock has a price-to-equity (P/E) ratio of 9.25.
