From The Tribune staff reports BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a deadly double shooting that claimed the life of one teen and injured another. The shooting happened on the night of Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Police were called to 3605 40th Street North in the Inglenook Community. Once on the scene, they found two male teens with gunshot wounds. Savion Issabell, 16, died from his injuries and the other teen was taken to a hospital for treatment. He is expected to survive.
