YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS. In Twitter, Bulgaria’s Foreign Ministry described the Council of Ministers' approval of the Initial Memorandum assessing the compatibility of Bulgarian legislation with Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) standards, as a great milestone for this country’s accession to OECD. The Ministry also said it is looking forward to the next phases of the process and the upcoming exchanges with the OECD committees.
