Voluntary Natural Gas Price Reporting Policy Gets FERC Updates
The Federal Energy Regulatory Committee revised guidelines for voluntary natural gas transaction price reporting by market participants to price index developers. FERC issued Revised Policy Statement effective December 31 thus mostly adopting policies proposed late 2020.
