Florence is not going to happen with that hurricane, it cake from a different direction, from the east, came over the wilmington area and basically stopped inity tracks and dumps so much rain it had to be measured in feet, not inches. that northerly wind is pushing the water back out to sea. unless we get an opposite flow of wind pushing it back up that saul very, very good news. high tide is about 4:52 in the wilmington area. so we're only a couple hours away from high tide and the water level remains very, very low. it is is not approaching the banks, no threat of overflowing at this point. ...
